Senate Passed Recovering Missing Children Act by unanimous consent, H.R. 3209, the Recovering Missing Children’s Act, which grants authority to the Internal Revenue Service to share taxpayer information with state agencies involved in cases of locating missing or exploited children. Led by Senators Enzi (R-WY), Casey (D-PA) and Klobuchar (D-MN).

Signed Millennium Bulk Terminal DEIS Letter –to Governor Jay Inslee (D-WA) requesting he reconsider an aspect of the Washington State Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed Millennium Bulk Terminal-Longview. The DIES requires the terminal to mitigate the greenhouse gases in overseas locations where coal exported from the terminal would be burned, something not required of any other Washington State business. Led by Representative Cynthia Lummis (R-WY). 

Agreed to Sign Wyoming Air National Guard Simulator Letter –to Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James requesting the Air Force prioritize the allocation of a C-130 flight simulator to the Wyoming Air National Guard base in Cheyenne. A $30.5 million simulator building was completed at the location in ‎November, but the Air Force is not expected to provide a simulator until 2022. Led by Senators Barrasso, Enzi and Representative Cynthia Lummis (all R-WY).
